The STEMAZing Project is constantly seeking out #STEMontheCheap hacks and activities. Come learn about a few of these which include hacking $30 board games for simply the cost of copies, turning a cell phone or tablet into a low powered microscope for $1, hacking a solar garden light to use the solar panel for experiments, and so much more. Not spending a fortune on materials does not make the learning opportunity any less valuable. In fact, one might argue that using hacks and #STEMontheCheap alternatives require more imagination and creativity while at the same time opening up the door to invention and innovation.
